Las Cruces

A number of my projects at ARC are based in Las Cruces, a town three hours south of Albuquerque and an hour’s drive northwest of El Paso, TX.

By far, the most striking and memorable features of the second-largest city in the state are the dramatic Organ Mountains to the east.

This view came from my hotel room in the late afternoon. Better than the shot of the Organ mountains at sunrise (above), this gives an idea of just how craggy the peaks of the range really are.
